Dr. Russow is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.  She served as an Instructor & Fellow on the faculty of the University of Rochester Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry, Division of Behavioral & Psychosocial Medicine in Rochester, NY.  She is a credentialed registrant of the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, holds the international Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology, and is a member of the following professional organizations:  American Psychological Association, American Board of Disability Analysts, American College of Forensic Examiners, New York State Psychological Association, Genesee Valley (NY) Psychological Association, and California Psychological Association.  As a consultant to several government and private agencies, she has conducted over 12,000 evaluations and receives referrals from diverse sources.  Additionally, she has given various presentations, contributed to publications, and holds advanced specialized certifications in her field.  Dr. Russow has lived, studied, and worked coast to coast in search of tools that allow her to remain close to her natural values and goals.
