If you would like to request an appointment please call (585) 442-4447 within the Rochester area or toll free (800) 525-9531 outside Rochester.  General telephone hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Friday & Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm Eastern Time.  However, you are welcome to call in the evenings or at other times on the weekends to make an appointment or request information if it is urgent and you are an established client of the practice.  Services can also be provided during evening, weekend, or holiday hours if pre-arranged.  Flexibility in scheduling is something we know folks appreciate.  You have the option of being in contact from your own home, office, car, or anywhere you wish! 

If you happen to reach the automated response & relay system please leave your name, telephone number, the best time to call you, and a detailed message describing the purpose of your call.  Please be assured that all information provided to us is kept confidential and will be handled in a discreet manner within the guidelines posted in the Privacy Policy.  If you want your call returned in a specific way for privacy purposes please let us know in your message.  Crises will be given priority for return calls and appointments so please specify if this applies to your situation.  All calls are important to us and we want to give everyone the attention and quality services they deserve!
